I brought my boys in for haircuts for Spring break. We have been here many times and never had complaints. Today however was much different. The woman that cut my teenager son’s hair butchered it. She pulled up old directions from when my son was probably in 5th grade and went off that - not paying any attention to the style he currently had and just wanted shorter. The last several stylists obviously did not update the computer system with any style notes. She buzzed the sides to the top and left this mushroom style on top. When he walked out I could tell he was upset v but kept it in. Then the stylist proceeded to tell me how it was my sons fault because she just did what the notes said and what he told her. She said she asked him if he wanted an undercut and he told her yes. My son is 15, is not a stylist and has no idea what an undercut is so he probably did said yes. But she is supposed to be the professional and should have paid attention to the style he was currently wearing. Now he has to go to school and vacation looking ridiculous! The stylist proceeded to argue with me about his hair for several minutes blaming my son!! I was not charged for his cut because I would never pay for something so awful. I did pay for my other son’s haircut. It is Monday and we have to wait until Wednesday to get it fixed at another place. I just want everyone to be aware of the amateur and unprofessional stylists they hire at this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

My husband and both of our kids have been using sports clips for years and use them very often. We usually have a good experience so I didn’t get a receipt today to submit review to store. But we very very rarely have a bad haircut from there. However, today was awful and I wish I had paid attention before we got home! My husband left me in store to pay and walked out with our kids so I didn’t get a chance to look at it. It was AWFUL, I wish I could submit photos on here. It was uneven all over, the sides, the back. There was a chunk left not blended on one side. We ended up having to go to another salon and having it fixed today. So it ended up costing $50 for a haircut today after paying twice!

If I could submit a picture of the back of the haircut I would. What an awful cut. Now I have to go to another shop to get the cut made to look right. You're more about quantity than quality. Shame on you.
